Sterling Baker, M.D., FAACS, board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, is recognized as one of the foremost authorities in the world on the use of the Carbon
Dioxide Laser technology for eyelid and facial cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Sterling Baker pioneered the use of the carbon dioxide (CO2) laser to
repair drooping eyelids (blepharoplasty)
in 1980 and authored the first paper published on the subject in
the world in 1984. Dr.
Baker is an authority on surgery to lift
eyebrows and the forehead (endoscopic eyebrow
lifts). He is also
one
of the worlds' top experts in laser facial resurfacing.
Born
in Buffalo, New York, Sterling Baker earned his BA Degree with honors in
History from Wesleyan University, Middletown, Connecticut. He
then enlisted in the United States Air Force and was stationed in
Oklahoma. Honorably discharged with the rank of Captain in 1970, Dr.
Baker returned
to New York and entered Albany Medical College. After he
received his M.D. and a medical internship at Albany Medical Center
Hospital, he returned to Oklahoma and completed his residency in
ophthalmology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in
Oklahoma City. He
has been in practice in Oklahoma City since 1978.
Dr. Sterling Baker lectures around the world on laser surgical techniques including
blepharoplasty, ectropion repair, entropion repair, ptosis repair,
laser assisted endoscopic eyebrow lift and laser resurfacing. In 1995,
he was invited to the Royal Society of Medicine in London,
England to give a live surgery demonstration and lecture on the advances
in cosmetic dermatology and surgery of the face, head and neck. “
It was the highlight of my career to be there and to realize the historical
significance of that venue, which has served the world medical community
for more than 350 years.” |

Dr. Erin Holloman, M.D., FAACS, is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
She is a fourth generation Oklahoman, born in OKC and raised in Edmond.
After becoming a two sport All-State athlete in basketball and golf
in high
school, she accepted the Mr. Henry Iba President's Distinguished Scholarship
honoring academic and
athletic achievement
from Oklahoma State University. Erin Holloman completed a degree
in Physiology with highest honors at OSU, and then attended the
University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
She received her Medical Degree with distinction in 2000.
Dr. Erin Holloman experienced some of the world's finest medical
training during internship
and residency at The Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida and
at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. The Department
of
Ophthalmology
at Iowa is routinely ranked in the top 10 by US News & World
Reports. She also
completed a year-long fellowship with Dr. Sterling Baker in
aesthetic lasers,
oculoplastics, and facial surgery. Dr. Holloman has active research
interests in facial rejuvenation and has been a Clinical Investigator
for IRB approved studies with Thermage, Inc and Coapt Systems,
Inc. Finally, she has extensively studied nonsurgical rejuvenation
in conjunction with the aesthetics of beauty and the face with
some of the world expert physicians in the field from
Vancouver, BC, Manhattan, NY, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The
Department of Ophthalmology at Iowa is routinely ranked in the top
10 by US News & World Reports, and was recently named the top
residency training program. |

William W. Ehrlich, M.D., FAACS, is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Born and raised in the Detroit area, he earned both his BS in Zoology and Medical Doctor from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. During medical school, he attended the Queen Square Neurology Course at the National Hospital for Neurologic Disease in London, England. Dr. Ehrlich completed both his internship and ophthalmology residency at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He attended the Basic Science Course in Ophthalmology at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary in Boston, part of the Harvard Medical School. Dr. Ehrlich completed a Fellowship in Orbital Surgery at Albany Medical Center Hospital in Albany, New York, then a Preceptorship in Orbital Surgery at Moorfield’s Eye Hospital in London, England.
In addition to his own private practice, Dr. William Ehrlich was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine for 20 years. He was one of the first surgeons in Michigan to use Botox and to perform laser facial resurfacing, laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, injectable facial fillers, true tumescent liposuction, minimal incision facelifts, and facial fat grafting. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and has lectured on and given surgical demonstrations of facial fat grafting in Korea and the Philippines. 
Among Dr. Ehrlich’s active interests are facial fat grafting, cosmetic eyelid & facial rejuvenation, and facial & body sculpting with tumescent liposuction. He is delighted to be practicing with Drs. Baker and Holloman in Oklahoma City. |
